Greene Residence – Te Kauwhata, Waikato – New Build with Resource Consent

A sprawling 370 square metre villa currently being built in Te Kauwhata, required resource consent for the earthworks.  The entire process was handled by CF Design, from concept ideas and drawings, through to the consent and permit process with Waikato District Council.
