McKenzie Residence – New Build Whitianga, Coromandel, New Zealand

These clients required an easy maintenance single level property as a holiday home in Whitianga, whilst being able to cater for extended family. The living areas incorporate raking ceilings with joinery features to enhance the overall outlook of the house.

An over-sized garage was designed to accommodate the clients’ boat and extras.
