The clients’ brief for this original small 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home on the North Shore was to alter the under utilized conservatory on the northern side of the house, open up the living areas to allow space for the growing family, add an office, master bedroom, ensuite and large walk-in wardrobe onto the southern end of the house.

This is now a substantial home fitting for the large section upon which it sits.
