Projects: Laker Residence (New Build)

The brief for this design was to make use of the expansive views of the Whitianga Harbour and across to Cooks Beach, from high on the Hill in Whitianga township.  This home comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  It is a 2 storey block basement family home.
