Cook residence, Whitianga Waterways, Whitianga, Coromandel, New Zealand

This was a flat section in the Whitianga Waterways without direct access to the Waterways. To create a feeling of spaciousness a raking ceiling was designed in the living areas, with extra glass on the northern side to capture the light and sun.

This property required a resource consent through the Thames Coromandel District Council due to City Plan requirements.
